  2. The pen is mightier than sword. • What rhetorical device is used? • Metonymy: A figure of speech that has to do with the substitution of the name of one thing for that of another.

He took to the bottle. Soapy stood still with his hands in his and smile at the sight of brass buttons. Let’s not let Thailand become another Vietnam.
