(5.7,4.7, 3.7, 2.7, 1.7, K.7 Social development) • Winston Eagles can solve simple math problems using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. (Underlying processes, Number operations and Quantitative reasoning) • Winston Eagles can have fun. (5.3, 4.3, 3.3, 2.3,1.3, K.1 Physical activity-Health)

  8. Rules • All team members must solve a math problem to decide who gets to shoot. • All students from that number (answer) will get up, get a ball and go to the goal to shoot. • Once you make the basket, dribble to a bucket, place ball in bucket and sit on top of bucket. • Keep shooting until all buckets are full.

  9. Rules • Once the word STOP is given then everyone will stop shooting and walk basketballs to hula hoops. • The students at the buckets will now stand. • Students will call out their score and color. • Teams will record scores.

  10. Rules • If anyone dribbles after STOP has been given, then they have to subtract a point for each dribble. • Bucket value are: I equals 1, II equals 2, III equals 3, IV equals 4, V equals 5. • We will multiply 100 times the number on each bucket.

  11. Bonus Round • Each team will pick 4 players to go the hula hoop to shoot at the appropriate time. • Solve math problem to decide which colored folder to open and then solve that math problem to release players from hula hoops to shoot. • Bucket values will be multiplied times two hundred.
