  1. Rise of Islam Storyboard • Each group will be given a series of pictures that tell the story of the rise and spread of Islam. For this first portion of the activity, do not use outside resources, just the pictures provided. • Arrange the pictures in a pattern that makes sense to you. The pattern does not have to be linear. You may take outor add pictures, add symbols, etc... • You may use arrows, thought bubbles, phrases, etc. to connect show the thinking behind your connections. • After you have laid out your story, check to see if you have included the key concepts. • Be ready to present your story!
