Warm-up • The ELGs that we will be tracking over the next few weeks are: • R.6 Assess how point of view or purpose shapes content and style of texts • W.2 Write informative/explanatory texts to examine and convey complex ideas and information clearly and accurately through effective selection, organization, and analysis of content.  • In your own words, what do these two ELGs mean? What must you be able to do in order to be proficient or advanced on these ELGs? How well do you believe that you will do on these assessments for the next six weeks?
