  2. Overview We build formal & informal influence to give TalentCorp the impression that we are moving quickly and consistently. We will incorporate as LLC so that we are ready when the green light is given by Talent Corp. We will land an acceptable user interface integrating social book-marking, resume uploading, forums, mentoring feedback. We will focus on 4 workstreams- • building a comprehensive platform (AG and WL) (ii) secure a credible advisory board (MM and WL) (iiI) operationalising a pilot mentoring scheme (AM and HF) (iv) social content (ST) In Phase I, we will work to integrate, assimilate or consolidate www.myworklife.my www.globalmalaysians.com www.allmalaysia.info http://recom.org/forum/portal.php

Talks with MyWorkLife We want to get: • Funding for technical development + mentoring scheme • Endorsement from TalentCorp • Integrated access to job database • Information and content sharing We can offer • MWL partnership logo • Hosting MWL jobs on korang.com • Integration of MWL to mentoring scheme • Co-ordination with student societies, NGOs, social marketing • Access to social generated content and statistics We would like to AVOID: • Sharing our user database information with MWL, except only at an AGGREGATE level

Mentoring (Pilot) • Link into Otak2 + Recom efforts • 3 layers- Layer I- EVP, Level II- 3-5 years experiences, Level III- graduates • Pilot scheme focus on 5 Class A’s (which means 15 Level II’s, 45 Level III’s) with one to one relationships. • Two-way feedback + embedded functionality to graphically visualise the mentoring trees and relationships. • Phase I- Focus on professional services Layer I (corporate leaders) Class A X Y Z Layer II (professionals) Layer III (graduates) X1 X2 X3 Y1 Y2 Y3 Z1 Z2 Z3

Partnerships • Once TalentCorp approval is obtained, we use minority equity stakes to engage more partners. • Social graphing of mentoring relationships and feedback into Korang.com • Korang.com to act as consolidator/aggregator • We can plug-in/ outsource: • Technical development and maintenance to Azrul.com • Job classifieds to Talent Corp, MyWorkLife, JobStreet, the Star • Mentoring and corporate relationships to YCM & Otak2 • Content generation to the community
