  5. 教學目標與內容 • 在全球化時代，企業與組織不但在對外競爭策略與方式上必須因地制宜以進行在地化，對內亦需面對日漸多元的人力資源結構所形成的新管理課題。 • 面對這樣日趨複雜與細緻化的環境，任何人都必須了解世界上各主要國家與文明區塊之文化要素，同時亦需認識這些國家與文明區塊間之異同、互動、合作與衝突，才能做出正確的決策，進行有效的執行。
