Age In my thriller film, there are two different age categories that are represented. Therefor as a result, it would appeal to audiences of similar ages to these age groups as they can relate to them. Also, as the film is a 15, is would be targeted at people over the age of 15. and then his daughter and teenagers similar to her age. The main protagonist, in his forties
Gender However, we do have a female character in the film as well, therefore girls may come to watch as they can empathies with her. In terms of gender, my research shows that in general, males prefer thriller films. I looked into thriller films and found that in general, the gender of the main character of the film would be the same as the audience. For example, in White Noise,the main character is a male and there for it would appeal to a male audience. As a result, males would be part of the audience for my film as the main character is also male.
Social Class Another audience for my film would be middle class families. In my film, the main characters are from a middle class family, social group B and as a result this would appeal to middle class families as it is a relatable for them.
