  1. Write opening statements(this is already late). The lead attorney should fine tune his/her opening statement with Ms. King. Warm-Up

  3. Go over the rolls for the teams • Each should have three witness • Two lawyers (One Lead Attorney) • Closing Statement Guru • Support staff. 2) Read the Case ( I would HIGHLY suggest assigning reading) 3)Come up with strategy you’re going to win the case. Today in your Mock-trial Groups.

  4. Form an argument and strategy on how your going to win the case ( which means reading everything and discussing it as a group) Understand how your opponent can win. Write opening statements first draft ( or at least outline it) Today in your Mock-trial Groups

  5. Work on direct examination for your witness ( i.e. come up with questions) Work on cross examination for your opponents witnesses. Get witnesses direct examination and cross examination questions done. Start practicing your roles… Mock Trial is TOMORROW!! in your Mock-trial Groups:
