  6. Down Letters • Q, P, and Y • Use page 140 to establish your reference point for the crossword puzzle.

  7. Moving letters • J and Z

  8. Z • Watching the DVD, complete the questions independently.

  9. J • Turn to page 194. • Follow the instructions on the bottom of the page where it says “Pair Up”. • Use your partner as your pair • Instead of checking off in the book. Write the name on a piece of paper to check for accuracy.

  10. Double letters • BB,LL,RR,KK: signed with a bounce • MM,NN,SS,TT,DD,FF: signed without a bounce • OO,EE,AA: moving hand sideways

  11. Pg. 81 • Please follow along in the book while Melinda fingerspells names with double letters.
