  1. Give an example of a graph with a degree of 1, a graph with degree of 2, a graph with a degree of 3, a graph with degree of 4, and a graph with a degree of 5. Write the equations of all five graphs as well as show a picture of the graph. Warm-up Monday September 8

  2. You had your polynomial project to finish. Get them together to turn in.

  3. Remember your test is tomorrow on everything since day 1. We are going to review with a game today. You will need the following: • 1leader to make sure everyone stays on task • 1 calculator operator • 2 scripts (one will write problems on paper for the entire group, the other will write final answers on the white boards. • I will show a problem on the screen. Your group will work together to get the final answer. After a certain amount of time, I will call for answers. If your group gets it correct, you will get a shot into the can (We call this trashketball for those of you who have never played). There are 3 levels. If you shoot from the 1st and make it, your team gets a point, 2nd level gets 3, 3rd level gets 5. The team with the most points at the end of the game will receive extra credit on their test tomorrow. If everyone participates and stays on task, everyone will get extra credit (the 1st place team will just receive the most.) • At the end of class, the leader will take the questions and answers to make a copy for everyone in their group and this will serve as your study guide for the test tomorrow  Remember you will also turn in all of your notes in your spiral notebook tomorrow since it is test day. 
