Success Criteria • I will be able to understand important information about Canada’s Post War Prime Ministers and orally present information to my fellow classmates effectively and concisely.

  3. Agenda • What Makes a Good Prime Minister? • Prime Minister Round Robin • Homework

  4. What Makes a Good Prime Minister? • From your experience of being a Canadian citizen, what is your opinion about our current Prime Minister? • What qualities (as a student) do you look for in a Prime Minister? • Looking at Canadian History, do any of our Prime Ministers stand out? Why?

  5. Prime Minister Round Robin • Working in groups, research the Prime Minister assigned to you. • Utilize the chart paper and markers provided to answer the information on your Post War Prime Ministers Activity Sheet. • Be prepared to elect someone to present your information to the class.

  6. Homework • Read both handouts about Pierre Elliott Trudeau and answer the questions and make notes. • Read the article on the OKA Crisis and answer the corresponding fill in the blank sentences.
