  • Every storm drain is a part of an entire underground drainage network
  • Most drains lead to some sort of body of water
    • Creek, river, ocean, etc
  • Many pollutants are swept away into vital sources of water such as:
  • Bacteria
  • Sediment
  • Metals
  • Oil/ Grease
  • Pesticides
  • Trash/Debris
  • Chemicals

  • Cleaned up trash and debris around each drain
  • Used provided stencils to Spray paint

  • 13th and 14th St. S. near the Husky Stadium

  • Reminding our community to be more conscientious about properly disposing waste
