  3. Jerusalem Day 1 Cont. Jerusalem Archaeological Park-Southern Wall excavations & “Davidson” Visitors Center with computerized model of Jerusalem during the 2nd Temple Period Western Wall Tunnels Arab Market (Shuk) Old City of Jerusalem

  4. Jerusalem Day 2 Tower of David Museum- presenting the History of Jerusalem at the Citadel Mount Zion- King David’s Tomb Room of the Last Supper (Coenaculum) Church of the Dormition

  5. Jerusalem Day 2 Cont. City of David- Visitors Centre, hilltop conquered by King David with excavations of 1st Temple Period, Warren’s Shaft and ancient water system. Rebuilt Jewish Quarter with ancient Sephardi synagogues and the Cardo Christian Quarter- with the Church of the Holy Sepulcher

  6. New Jerusalem Day 3 Israel Museum with exhibits of art, Judaica, archaeology, Shrine of the Book (Dead Sea Scrolls) and Second Temple Model of Jerusalem Downtown Jerusalem- walk in the pedestrian malls of Ben Yehuda St. & Nachlat Shiva, restored quarter of shops, galleries, cafes.

  7. New Jerusalem Day 3 Cont. YadVashem- National Memorial and Museum of the Holocaust with new Historical Museum, Valley of Communities, Remembrance Hall & Children’s Memorial. Drive by the Government complex

  8. Modern Tel Aviv & Old Jaffa Day 4 Tour of Old Jaffa, the ancient seaport with Artists’ quarter in renovated Old City. Tour “White City” to see the preservation of buildings of Bauhaus architecture.

  9. Modern Tel Aviv & Old Jaffa Day 4 Cont. Azrieli Observatory- a panoramic view of Tel Aviv from the 49th floor of Azrieli Tower, one of the highest buildings in the Middle East. Tel Aviv’s street scenes: SheinkinSteet Carmel open air market, selling fruits, vegetables and clothing Nachlat Binyamin Pedestrian Mall

  10. Mediterranean Coast Day 5 Caesarea National Park- Remains of former Roman Capital and Crusader city. Tour of Roman theater, hippodrome and, promenade to the renovated port area. Winery in the Carmel region-Wine and cheese tasting

  11. Mediterranean Coast Day 5 Cont. Ussafiya or Daliat El Carmel-Druze village on Mount Carmel where you can watch Druze life and culture followed by a taste of traditional Druze home hospitality. Haifa-City tour including: Bahai Shrine and Gardens Panoramic views of the city and the bay from the Louis Promenade German Colony renovated neighborhood.

The Galilee Region Day 6 Akko-ancient Phoenician and Crusader seaport for a tour of the Old Walled city including Fishermen’s Port Bazaar Turkish hamam Rosh Hanikra-northernmost point of Israel on the coast with panoramic view and cable car descent to the sea-carved grottos. Nazareth-childhood town of Jesus

  13. Galilee Area Day 7 Tiberias-a historical resort town on the Sea of Galilee and one of Israel’s four holy cities. Mount of Beatitudes-traditional site of Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount Hula Nature Reserve-Last remnant of original swamp, widee variety of wild-life and flora.

  14. Dead Sea Day 8 Qumran-ruins of ancient Essenes settlement (a mystical Jewish zealot sect) in whose nearby caves the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Massada-ruins of King Herod’s mountaintop fortress and last stronghold of the Jewish revolt against the Romans in 73CE (access by cable car)

  15. Dead Sea Day 8 Cont. EinGedi Nature Reserve-Biblical oasis with a spring and waterfalls, where David hid from Saul, or NahalArugot. Kibbutz EinGedi- Tour of Kibbutz EinGedi’s tourism facilities, including: guesthouse, Eco tourism botanical garden and beach Relax and float in the Dead Sea at EinBokek-Health and Tourism Resort, enjoy mud treatments.

  16. Eilat Day 9 & 10 Timna Park- site of the ancient copper mines, today a geological park with hiking trails, lakes, tourism attractions and rock formations, including Solomon’s Pillars. Underwater Observatory Marine Park- underwater museum, aquarium, shark pools and oceanarium Dolphin Reef- beach and water attractions and an opportumity to swim or dive with the dolphins as well as to observe their training

  17. Eilat Day 9 & 10 Cont. Scuba diving in Red Sea waters Cruise on the Red Sea Bird watching Centre Camel riding and Bedouin hospitality Jeep tour King’s City- Biblical amusement park
