  5. Use survey to get information to help solve problem

  6. Use a database to help solve the problem • 20 records in database (from Survey) • Use validation, datatypes, etc. to HELP you input correctly • Queries – Calculation, And OR • Report – Group, Calculation, Picture Rubric Solution

Report • Introduction • Describes problem • Indicates what is coming • Body • Under Headings • Discusses solution, describes your findings • Includes graphics/images, tables, graphs • Conclusion • Provides the solution or makes a proposal or presents your idea • Says which is the best solution and WHY • Makes sense If you have changed your questions since Phase 1, that is fine. The report must answer whatever questions you have. Rubric Must be linked PAT - Research project - Phase 3
