Make sure to wear the wrist strap • The proper way to let go of the ball while bowling is to release the "B" button on the Wii Remote—DO NOT LET GO OF THE Wii REMOTE ITSELF • Give yourself plenty of room. Be careful that all areas that you might move into are clear. Make sure that furniture, objects and people are out of the play area so you don’t accidentally bump into them while playing Precautions

WARNING - Repetitive Motion Injuries and Eyestrain Playing video games can make your muscles, joints, skin or eyes hurt. • Avoid excessive play. • Take a 10 to 15 minute break every hour • If your hands, wrists, arms or eyes become tired or sore while playing, or if you feel symptoms such as tingling, numbness, burning or stiffness, stop and rest for several hours before playing again. • CAUTION - Motion Sickness Playing video games can cause motion sickness- If you or your child feel dizzy or nauseous when playing video games, stop playing and rest.   15. Obtain Wii Remote • Slip your dominant hand through the loop of the strap • Secure the clasp by pressing down Steps to Wii Bowling

  16. 4. Choose Bowling from Wii Sports menu and press the ‘A’ button 5. Select the number of players and press the ‘A’ button 6. Choose your MiiCharacter, then press OK by pressing ‘A’ 7. Press ‘A’ to begin the game

  17. 8. Press the ‘A’ and ‘B’ buttons at the same time to continue 9. Press the ‘A’ button to begin bowling 10. Bring the Wii Remote up to your chest while holding the ‘B’ button

  18. 11. Step forward with your right foot 12. Step forward with your left foot while swinging right arm backwards and straighten elbow

  19. 13. While swinging your arm forward, in the direction you want the ball to roll, drag your right foot up to meet your left 14. Release the ‘B’ button when you are ready to roll the ball toward the pins

  20. *OPTIONAL – You can use the right and left arrow keys to moveyour Mii Character right or left on the screen *You can switch from moving your Mii, by pressing ‘A’, to turnyour Mii in the direction you want to roll the ball

  21. 15. Repeat steps 10-14 to bowl your second turn 16. Press ‘A’ to continue to the next frame 17. Repeat steps 10-16 to bowl the next frame 18. After you have completed all 10 frames, your score will appear on the screen
