Any age group can go for fitness. Nowadays,even teenagers and kids exercise. Fitness can strengthen your muscles and bones. There are many benefits to business. Fitness refers to the state of being physically and mentally healthy, as well as the ability to perform daily activities with vigor and without excessive fatigue. It involves several components, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Benefits OF Fitness 1. Exercise can make you feel happy. 2. Exercise can help you with weight loss. 3. Exercise helps boost energy. 4. Exercise helps improve your mental health. 5. Exercise improves sleep. 6. Exercise helps burn extra calories. 1. With exercise, our heart and lungs work properly, but we should not exercise too much because it has too many side effects. Exercise also solves heart diseases and many more. 5. EXERCISE HELP IN GOOD SLEEP if a person struggles with sleep. With exercise, sleeping problems can also be solved.
