  2. 1 1/8 c. butter 3/16 c. sugar 1/4 c. egg 1/3 c. flour 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1/8 tsp. baking soda Pinch of salt Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix butter, sugar and egg well. Mix remaining ingredients together and stir into first mixture. Spoon cookies (they will be wet and sticky) onto baking sheet, then sprinkle with a mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Place at least 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned but stiff soft. (They puff up at first, then flatten out.)

  3. 2 1/4 c. flour 1 Tbs. butter 1/8 tsp. salt 1 Tbs. egg 1/8 tsp. soda 1 Tbs. molasses 1/8 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. oats 2 1/2 Tbs. sugar 1/4 c. raisins Mix all ingredients together and bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes. You may need to knead the mixture by hand.

  4. 3 1/4 c. flour 1 Tbs. butter 1/8 tsp. salt 1 Tbs. egg 1/8 tsp. soda 1 Tbs. molasses 1/8 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. oats 2 1/2 Tbs. sugar Mix all ingredients together and bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes. You may need to knead the mixture by hand.

  5. 4 1/4 c. flour 1 1/2 Tbs. brown sugar 1/8 tsp. baking powder 1/2 Tbs. egg 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. milk 1 1/2 Tbs. butter 1/8 tsp. vanilla 1 Tbs. sugar 1/8 c. chocolate chips Mix all ingredients together and bake @ 400 for 8-10 minutes

  6. 5 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/8 c. egg 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. peanut butter Combine sugar and baking soda, then stir in egg and vanilla. Add peanut butter and stir until combined. Roll into small balls and cook at 350 for 9-12 minutes.

Wash hands well, then knead ingredients until mixed (mixture will seem dry but you should be able to make balls out of it). Knead in chocolate chips, form into balls, then squash flat. Cook at 300 for 20-23 min.

  11. 10 1/4 c. flour 1 Tbl. butter 1/8 tsp. salt 1 Tbl. egg 1/8 tsp. soda 1 Tbl. molasses 1/8 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 c. oats 2 1/2 Tbl. sugar 1/8 c. chocolate chips Mix sugar and butter. Add molasses and mix. Add flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon and mix. Add oats and chocolate chips and combine. You may need to knead this mixture by hand. Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes.
