Project Instructions Objective Important Elements Build project on PowerPoint or Key Note Title slide and Works Cited slide referencing sources of images and information Exactly 12 slides of single image plus the title and work cited Exactly 12 written essays matched to each image slide • To create a lesson plan / presentation of an important event in the American participation in World War II • To become an expert in the chosen topic

Project Instructions Rubric Deadlines Paragraph requesting topic which includes three citations of sources Thursday, February 6 35 point penalty if not turned in Final project for grading Friday, March 14 222 total points Distribute “Scorecard” • Essay to matched each image slide • Minimum five paragraphs • Opening • Discussion of events (facts) portrayed by image, • Image’s historical importance • Transition to next slide • 10 points based on quality
