  14. How To Do A Progressive Disclosure • Type text • Click first line, slide show, custom animation, add effect (i.e., wipe from left), effect options • If necessary, go to text animation and choose group and change so it matches your needs

  15. Animation Don’ts • Don’t have letters come in one at a time • Don’t use sound unless necessary

Inserting A Chart • Format slide for chart • Clear data table, making sure that all columns are clear • Copy data from spreadsheet and paste • Modify chart--for example, change the color of a bar • Add labels by going to chart, chart options, data labels • Get out of chart by clicking outside of the box
