Questions 1-2 • 1: Describe the positive ways the laptops have influenced your learning this year. • Answer: I think that the laptops have influenced my learning better because I am more focused with it, I also get to see pictures of what we are learning, also I like to use the new versions of Microsoft. • 2: Are there any negatives to having the laptops in your room?Answer: Some negative things are in aclab people take advantage of the laptops.

  3. Questions 3-4 • 3: What are some specific activities or projects you have enjoyed this year? • Answer: The activity I like the most is weebly for both Social Studies and Language Arts. • 4: Are there any projects you would like to try that would require the use of a laptop? • Answer: I think that we should use the webcam to make a short movie in a group.

  4. Questions 5- 6 • 5: Which programs on the computer do you feel the most comfortable using? Which programs on the computer do you want to learn more about? • Answer: I feel comfortable using PowerPoint and learn more about links. • 6: What specific topic would you like to research or explore using technology in Social Studies next year? • Answer: I would like to study about World War II.

Questions 7-8 • 7: What specific topic would you like to research or explore using technology in language arts next year? • Answer: I would like to learn more about authors. • 8: In terms of the District Writing Assessment, would you prefer to write your assessment or type it with a laptop? • Answer: I prefer to write because I don’t have to do spell check and log on and off.

Questions: 9- 10 • 9: Overall, how do you believe having one laptop for each student has improved your classroom or benefited you as an individual? • Answer: I think it has benefited me because that way it does not take a week to complete one lesson. • 10: Do you feel that using the laptops has created a better classroom community in social studies? • Answer: I think it has improved social studies because you can learn at your own pace.

  7. Question 11 • 11: Are there any final thoughts, reflections or wonderings your have about your experience with laptops? • Answer: I think the laptops are really beneficial for class.
