  8. 7th Amendment • Civil Lawsuits must exceed $20

  9. 8th Amendment • No excessive bail • No Cruel & Unusual Punishment

  10. 9th Amendment • Enumerate Rights (“too many name”)

  11. 10th Amendment • Federalism – State’s Rights

  12. 11th Amendment • Sovereign Immunity – States are “immune” from certain lawsuits
