  10. 1. Turn the Town Hall into a multi-functional cultural and community centre, open for cinema, theatre, concerts, events, local community, children etc

  11. 2. Open the large Town Hall car park for the use of Crouch End residents and visitors to the Town Hall as a pay and display parking facility

  12. 3. Reclaim the area in front of the Town Hall for a multi-use European/Covent Garden style piazza.

  15. We ask that Haringey Council work cooperatively with CEfP regarding the handover of the site to the Hornsey Town Hall Trust, for the benefit of the community
