  2. Role and experience of project EFF: experts, scans, local situation descriptions, dissemination EULS: leading WP4 (training), know-how transfer to experts, translations, dissemination, (input to tools)

  3. Major activities and achievements EFF: performing most of the off-line scans, some feasible business plans 3 persons got know-how about biogas and 2 of them use it actively in their every-day work like consultants

  4. Major activities and achievements EULS: management of most of WP4 indicators according to proposal Dissemination among different target groups (entrepreneurs, engineers, land-owners, authorities of rural areas, schoolchildren etc) Know-how tranfer and availability of all materials in Estonian

  5. Promising Many new large CHP on wood chips Strong Biogas Association with lot of plans A lot of SMEs interested in business Negative public attitude Decreased subsidies Only large companies feasible A gap between substrate offering and demand (grass) Current situation in bio-energy in your country

  6. Involvement of target groups • Farmers-entrepreneurs • Land(forest)owners • Authorities • Students, schoolchildren • Engineers

  7. Sustainability of the action after project end • EFF: the consultants continue with old/new clients • EULS: introduction of Tools to different target groups, input of info based on Tools to authorities through New National Renewable Action Plan

  8. Ideas about the project, individual lessons learned • EFF: better knowledge allows to co-operate with large companies (CHP heat for cereal drying) • EULS: beside lecture-type dissemination face-to-face discussions are needed (Skype), but it is very time-consuming. Field tours are essential, but reasonable objects difficult to reach

  9. If going on • Objective databases about existing technologies on the market • Teaching videos may decrease the ecological footprint via flying • Bioenergy solutions reasonable for local situation
