  2. Specials Schedules Mass: Tuesday 8:50 P.E.: Monday and Friday 8:40-9:15 Lunch: Daily between 10:45 and 10:55 Library : Weekly 1:20-1:50 Adventure mobile bi-weekly 11:30 Recess: Daily 11:10-11:30 and 1:00-1:15

  3. Homework Policy School Policy for 4th grade: 45 minutes to 1 hour per evening Planner: Filled out daily. Assignments are always on the whiteboard. I do not send home assignments when your child is absent unless you specifically request them. Either e-mail me or tell Coleen in the office where you would like them sent. M.A.P. (Missing assignment paper) I will send this home an assignment is not finished.

  4. Reading Counts! • What is Reading Counts? • Choosing books. • Goals: Yearly 50 points. 1st quarter 5pts. 2nd quarter 10 points. 3rd quarter 15 points. 4th quarter 5 points or the balance of the 50 points required. • A progress report is sent home each Monday.

  5. Rocket Math • The single most important goal is to learn basic facts 0-12 • The list of levels and the facts at each level are listed on my Wiki website on the Rocket Math link. Only two to four new facts are presented at each level. • Only 5 minutes of practice are recommended at a time.
