SURVEY REQUESTS • Specialists (JECP Discussion) - Feedback on Agents • MITT – All Agents need to complete • TAXABLE BENEFITS • Reimbursements by District Boards for cell phones, automobiles and other equipment usage that is of a personal nature is a taxable benefit • The IRS requires a 1099 to be issued for these personal benefits that are equal to or exceed $600 per year • Cell Phone Survey
