DISTRICT BOARD TIMELINE for JANUARY 2012 • County Judge Executive administers oath • Also secures nominations and election of new Board Chair • File with county clerk the Special District Reporting Form • Send copy to District Director. • Bond District Board Treasurer • Within ten (10) days after his/her election • Bond - 125% of largest amt. INTERNSHIPS • Interviews: January, 2012 • State Contact: Martha Thompson MASTER’S DEGREES • Planning to enroll next Semester? • Approval from District Director & Assistant Director • Must be approved to advance up the Career Ladder PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS – SUPPORT STAFF • Majority have been turned into the D5 Office and approved – Need 2 counties to complete signatures and return copies • When approved, schedule consultations, attain signatures, submit finals to the D5 office • Thanks to the many who were on time this year!

PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS – AGENTS • Ratings are being finalized and approved thru Assistant Directors and Dr. Henning • Notifications will be mailed as soon as possible • A deadline will be given to appeal a rating • 2011-2012 Performance Appraisals – “Off Year” for Agents with service above 5 years. Agents with less time, Ratings of a 1 or 2 will be required. Other requests can be made.
