  • UK Level: First Version of Budget Model
  • CES Level: Conservative in Spending & Hiring

Special Purpose Government Entities

(SPGE’s)

  • There are over 1500 SPGE’s
  • Focus is on budgeting and final disclosure
  • Online registration is mandatory & due Dec. 2013
  • Sample form was emailed to Fiscal Coordinators
  • Sections II & IV – CES completes (with/without DB’s)
  • Section III is for Water Districts only
  • Fees are based on previous year’s actual income
  • Deadline for info. is July 1, ‘14 (2014-15 FY)
  • Adopt County Govt.’s Code of Ethics
