  • County Judge Executive administers oath
    • Also secures nominations and election of new Board Chair
  • File with county clerk the Special District Reporting Form
    • Send copy to District Director.
  • Bond District Board Treasurer
    • Within ten (10) days after his/her election
    • Bond - 125% of largest amt. Treas. will handle at any one time
  • Discusses preliminary budget with County Extension Council
    • Recommendations to be considered by the District Board

PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS – AGENTS

  • Ratings: Now approved by Assistant Directors and Dr. Henning
  • Notifications will be mailed November 26th
  • A deadline will be given to appeal a rating
  • 2012-2013 Performance Appraisals – “All” Agents will be required to be rated (includes all service levels above one year).
