  4. College for Working Adults • Cohort-based • “Program ready” students only • Compressed programming • Consistent scheduling • Special services, e.g., advising and bookstore • Guarantees: no cancellations

  5. Target Populations • New FT students • Existing students not far into a program • Working adults looking for convenience • Students comfortable with technology

  6. Developing the Program • Faculty involvement • Selection of programs • Redesign curriculum and sequencing • Using technology and a hybrid model • Links to occupational certifications
