  18. Sucesses 2007 • Created the basis of a great company – gathered very good people • Implemented a project management process – ”The way we usually do” • Created a small profit • Developed good projects – good references for further growth – Carlsberg, Roskilde Festival, Intorunning, Document Builder etc.)‏

  19. Deficiencies in 2007 • Most of our projects are late – usually due to ”small” bugs • Lost important customers because of this (Roskilde Festival, Milla/Puma, Coca-Cola)‏ • Lack of defined project handling process • Lack of QA process • Communication and infrastructure lacks

(max. 2nd time)‏ • Create and optimize the legal organizational structures in all the countries of presence • Start selling to larger customers • Grow turnover by 2 times • Grow the percent of work performed by own staff

  21. Featured tasks for 2008 • Defined, written handbook: project handling, information management and QA process • Implement common storage and backup for ALL data • QA department – involved in all projects small and large • Website, Intranet and Extranet – basis for further growth • incl.: common file repository, calendar, task list, CRM system, issue tracking, customer ”project space” • Common branding policy – designed SRSs, e-mails, etc. • CMMI?
