  2. 1.CASTING The first step process is to melt the silicon up to 1420°C to get the mixture.

  3. 2.SLICING Once the bar has grown it should be cut into the required diameter.

  4. 3.CLEANING The most crucial process is washing to remove the small particles accurately.

  5. 4.POLISHING It works to get a mirror finish in front and backside lastly releases glossy looks.

  6. 5.PACKING Finally, all fabricated products will be cassettes and sealed with tape.
