REPUBLICA DEL PERU Ministerio de Educación Área de Gestión Pedagógica Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Nº 01 - SJM PERÚ ORGANIZACIÓN EN LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA A nivel de la II.EE., la Supervisión Pedagógica se organiza en una instancia principal: «El Comité de Supervisión Pedagógica Institucional» «En las Instituciones Educativas poli docentes completas o en las Redes Educativas institucionalizadas, pueden conformarse Equipos de Acompañantes Pedagógicos de Aula, adjunto al Consejo Académico (CONA)»

REPUBLICA DEL PERU Ministerio de Educación Área de Gestión Pedagógica Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Nº 01 - SJM PERÚ COMITÉ DE SUPERVISIÓN PEDAGÓGICA INSTITUCIONAL Es el encargado de organizar, planificar, coordinar, orientar, ejecutar y evaluar la Supervisión Pedagógica en la Institución Educativa propiciando la participación del personal docente a través del Consejo Académico (CONA) de la institución y el Consejo Educativo Institucional (CONEI).

El representante del Consejo Académico, como Secretario Técnico. El representante del CONEI o del COPRED. El representante estudiantil o miembro del Consejo Escolar.

REPUBLICA DEL PERU Ministerio de Educación Área de Gestión Pedagógica Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local Nº 01 - SJM PERÚ EL SUPERVISOR PEDAGÓGICO POR EXCELENCIA «Es el Director de la Institución Educativa y se actualiza permanentemente para cumplir las funciones de control, monitoreo y acompañamiento de la Supervisión Pedagógica en el cien por ciento de su personal docente, administrativo y de servicio»
