  3. Şikayet • Boyun ağrısı • Kollarda ağrı ve uyuşma • Baş dönmesi

  4. Hikaye • Boyun ağrısı 3 senedir var. Başlatan neden hatırlamıyor • Malatya’da doktora gitmiş. Fıtık olduğu söylenerek ameliyat önerilmiş. Ancak hasta kabul etmemiş. • 1 ay yatarak FT görmüş. Şikayetleri azalmış, 3-4 ay sonra tekrar artmış. • 2 sene önce Gaziantep, 1 sene önce de Malatya’da 1’er ay yatarak fizik tedavi görmüş • 1 senedir baş dönmesi var. 3 aydır artmış. Baş dönmesi artınca İstanbul ve Ankara’ya gitmesi önerilmiş

  6. Özgeçmiş • HT (20 sene), Hepatit C, Hepatit B • Soygeçmiş • Anne: HT • Kardeşlerde: HT • Alışkanlık • Sigara: 15 sene: 3-4 adet/gün, 10 senedir içmiyor • Alkol: yok

Fizik muayene • Şuur açık, koopere • Postür N, kısa adımlarla yürüme mevcut • Servikal lordoz düz • PVK ve trapez presyonla hassas • Servikal EHA: fleksiyon hafif, ekstansiyon orta, lateral fleksiyon orta, rotasyon hafif derecede kısıtlı, ağrılı • Kas kuvveti: 5/5, duyu: sağ C5, C6, C7, T1: allodini (+) • Refleksler: ++/++ • Kompresyon ve Distraksiyon (+), Valsalva (+) • Spurling sağda (+), Hoffman +/+, L’Hermitte (+) • Romberg (-), Tandem duruşu ve yürüyüşü bozuk
