  4. As a Reminder You only have to complete “ONE” vendor, if that’s all you choose. Program ends: Dec. 20th, 2013 All Criteria Sheets need to be sent to your “team Captain” no later that Dec. 30th, 2013 You must have met the “minimum” score and any minimum sales to be eligible
