    2. Yalta Conference As World War II came to an end in February of 1945, three of the most powerful leaders came together to decide what to do with post war Germany. They aimed for something similar that the effect desired from Wilson's 14 points, an agreement that would be able to maintain peace amongst the world. Despite the distrust that existed between them, they agreed on some important matters.
