Objective • To efficiently operate the DPG-W in order to more effectively liaise among DPs and with MoWI • Problem: DPG-W’s operations and responsibilities have become haphazard, resulting in frustrations, low efficiency, and poor communications with the MoW. • Problem: MoW’s communications with DPG-W are routinely inconsistent, resulting in frustrations, low efficiency, and poor performance. • We need to get our house in order if we’re going to help them get their house in order!
