ANALIZA CHELTUIELILOR BUGETULUI PUBLIC NAȚIONAL ȘI IMPACTUL POLITICILOR • Costurile pentru menținerea politicilor existente sunt constant în creștere și consumă majoritatea resurselor disponibile. • Implementarea unor măsuri de politici noi necesită revizuirea politicilor existente. • Doar optimizarea cheltuielilor va crea spațiu pentru implementarea unor reforme care necesită alocații suplimentare.
