  5. Mobile Application for Service Requests • New mobile application will work with our existing CRM (Citizen Relationship Manager) • Works with Apple and Android devices • Can attach a picture from camera at the time of reporting • Program will keep track of requests made from device.

  6. Search your devices application store for “Mobile Connect CRM”

  7. After installing, select Morgantown from “Pick Site”

  8. Open application to provide service request

  9. Make a service request
