Directions Run in place when you see the runner. Do 5 push-ups when you see the apple. Do 5 sit-ups when you see the Jump when you see the banana peel so you don’t slip.

That was good! Now let’s see if we can do it with only pictures. Remember- the running football player means run, the apple means 5 push-ups, the carrot means 5 sit-ups and the banana means to jump over the banana and keep running. Keep up the good work!
