  9. Flexing • Phrenology turned into a national industry • Different parts of the brain could be altered or “flexed” • Concern for the plight of the insane

  10. Sheldon’s Biological Theory of Personality • Body build is associated with personality • His theory has not been supported • Endomorph, mesomorph, ectomorph
