  7. 21st Century Scholars Program Activate the 21st Century Scholarship • As a high school senior, a 21st Century Scholar must: • Complete an affirmation form by March 10, 2014 • Meet the state FAFSA filing deadline of March 10 and the FAFSA correction deadline of May 15 • Apply for admission to an eligible Indiana institution

  9. Year One, Traditional Metrics FAFSA Completion • 74% of Scholars submitted FAFSA on-time • Surpassed 2012’s on-time FAFSA filing rate for graduating seniors by 2% • 1,343 more Scholars completed FAFSAs in 2013

  10. Year One, Traditional Metrics Senior Affirmations • 2013: 84% of Scholars submitted an affirmation • 2012: 76% of Scholars submitted an affirmation • 2,865 more Scholars affirmed in 2013 • Staff to affirmation ratio: • 2013…1:1352 • 2012…1:1189

  11. Year One, Traditional Metrics Program Enrollment • During the 2011-2012 School Year, 7,994 students enrolled in the 21st Century Scholar Program • During the 2012-2013 School Year, 11,302 students enrolled in the 21st Century Scholars Program – an increase of 41.4%
