  2. KÜÜNAR • Esimene tuntud pikkuse mõõtühik. Umbes 20 tolli. Käsivarre pikkus küünarnuki tipust kuni keskmise sõrme otsani.

  3. PEOPESA • Avatud peopesa laius sõrmede alusjoone kohalt. Umbes kolm tolli.

  4. SÕRM • Ühe sõrme laius. Umbes 0,72 kuni 0,75 tolli.

  5. Toll ja Jalg • Üks toll võrdus kolme viljapea keskelt võetud ja otsakuti asetatud viljatera pikkusega (Edward II 1324). Inimese jala pikkus oli vahemikus 9 1/4 kuni 19 tolli.

  6. Jard • Kuningas Henri I dekreet: Seaduslik jard oli vahemaa kuninga ninaotsast kuni väljasirutatud käe keskmise sõrme otsani.

  7. (Mõõte)ritv • XIV sajand. Seaduslik mõõteritv oli 16 mehe vasaku jala kogupikkus, kes olid üles rivistatud pühapäeva hommikul kirikust lahkumisel.
