Areas of Concentration • Flight Weather • Students complete a minor in Aeronautical Science and are eligible to take the FAA Dispatcher Certification exam. • Commercial Weather • Students complete a minor in business, giving them a better sense of the business decision making process of those that they advise. • Media Weather • Students complete a minor in communications, thus giving them the formal training to help make them effective communicators. • Research • Students may complete a minor in Mathematics by careful planning and one additional course (as part of their general elective credits).
