  1. Welcome to the fotoshow of the world‘s hugest Open Space, May 3rd in Würzburg, Germany

  2. This is our location: two huge tents with a passthrough

  3. And this is, what it‘s all about. One day of Open Space, embedded in a four days congress for systems constellations.

  4. Of course we have a schedule….

  5. ..and a team to lead through and to do all the preparations.

  6. And there is a lot to do:

  7. There are numbers to write…

  8. …balloons to blow up…

  9. - many balloons -

  10. ….butterflies to paint…

  11. …charts to write. (I guess, this is going to be the „Law of two Feet“)

  12. Not to forget the markers…

  13. …and the report sheets.

  14. This doesn‘t look like a break-out room at all!

  15. Ok, this is much better.

  16. „And how will this be done?“

  17. But lifting the posters with the balloons works really fine.

  18. And the cushions!

  19. Oh god, there must be thousands!

  20. Hours of work later…

  21. „Well done folks, see you tomorrow!“

  22. Phew, tired. Let‘s go to bed. Only two hours of sleep tonight

  23. Next morning, 6.49 am

  26. The crowd is increasing…

  46. Some workshops sound more appellative…

  47. …others inspiring…
