11. What it means to be Faithful Does not mean “being full of faith” It means a commitment to a cause 1 Cor. 4:2 “Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.” Rev.2:10 “be thou faithful unto death.”

Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. Rev.2:10 "But hold fast what you have till I come.” Rev.2:25 Hold Fast = endure, remain faithful

Rewards of Faithfulness James 1:12 “Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.” Matthew 10:22 “And ye shall be hated of all [men] for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.” Jesus is the “finisher of our faith” Heb. 12:2
