Background • Context & Objective • Salford City Council and Primary Care Trust have joined forces to ‘listen, learn and change’ in response to resident feedback. • Resident feedback is sought through structured quarterly ad-hoc surveys • Methodology • Postal self-completion questionnaire – initial mail-out + reminder • 10th wave: March – April 2009 • Random sample from Postal Address File • 10th wave: 14,000 out : 2,439 returns : 17% response rate • Results weighted by age/gender/ethnicity within each Community Committee area to reflect its population • Results analysed with regards to significant differences • Reference to BL8 = summer 2008, BL6 = summer 2007, BL4 = summer 2006
