New Assessment (BCS & BSfB) • 100 mark coursework assessment of 2,000 words (covering Outcome 1 and 5 of BCS) • 80 mark two-hour closed-book examination • 20 multiple choice questions worth 20 marks (weighed approx. ¾ BCS - ¼ BSfB) • Two extended response questions worth 30 marks each (All BSfB) • Sampling approach

  4. 100 mark Coursework assessment of 2,000 words (covering Outcome 1 and 5 of BCS)

  5. 80 mark two-hour closed-book examination • (20 marks - multiple choice/60 marks - extended response)

  6. Moving forward … • Amend the current exemplar to improve the balance between the subjects • Assess each unit independently using the new type of assessment approach
