LCR 5 year economic plan target =GVA growth of 2.6% per year to 2030 LCR 5 year economic plan target = create 60k jobs by 2016 *Energy Saving Trust 2011 commissioned by Leeds City Region **Energy Saving Trust 2012 commissioned by Leeds City Region
