  6. Sustaining Community Investment ‘We have successfully invested £5 million in additional community services including the case management of the 6,000 Rotherham patients most at risk of hospitalisation and out nationally recognised social prescribing service’

  9. Financial Performance • A minimum surplus of 1% of our allocation - £3.3m; • 2% of our allocation invested non recurrently  - £6.6m; • Remain within a £25 per head running cost allocation - £6.2m • 99% of non-NHS creditors paid within 30 days.

  10. Future Challenges • Funding  - A further £70 million savings over 4 years. • Increased demand for health and social care services.
