Snack Time/ Birthdays • Lunch choices, Home, Saber, Hot • Hot Lunch follows the menu • Saber Meal- choice of peanut butter and jelly sandwich or cheese sandwich w/ meat, salad, cheese stick, sunflower seeds, chips, yogurt and carrots. Please discuss with your child what they should take. • Extra milk purchase $.50 • Home Lunch- may purchase a milk • Afternoon Snack • Birthdays- No food treats, books, games, etc.

Communication Is Key • Informal Communications – • call or email me anytime • 952-496-5922 ext. 6408 • It will go to my voicemail during the day or when I am away. • Email- I will respond, if you don’t get a response from me, call the office regarding a pick-up change before the end of the day. • Attendance must be called into the OFFICE! If you don’t call them, they will call you!
Drop-off/Early Dismissal Students should be dropped off at the curb – not in the middle of the parking lot. Parents dropping off students before 8:40 AM should use the lower level. Parents dropping off students after 8:40 AM should use the upper level. Parents picking up students after school should use the upper level. Early Dismissal- Bring a note or email prior to date. We must wait for a phone call from the office that you have arrived before we dismiss students. Please plan ahead if you need to be somewhere. Changes in transportation need to be clearly communicated with the teacher, not your child. Otherwise we will send them the “regular way”.
